... shall not apply to remanufactured engines that fail due to improper installation, caused by defective or improper units on the engines not supplied by Blaine's Motor Supply, Inc.

Blaine's Motor Supply, Inc. does not assume any responsibility for consequential or incidental damages, including: towing charges, storage charges, vehicle rentals, or damages to other parts.

There is no labor allowance for removing and/or replacing remanufactured engines.

LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES - Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall be limited to duration to the periods of time or distance from date of purchase as specified herein and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Blaine's Motor Supply, Inc. are expressly excluded.
